Sorake is a beach next to Lagundri beach. This beach is located in Teluk Dalam Subdistrict, South Nias Regency, North Sumatra. Sorake Beach is famous for its large waves so it is very suitable for surfing activities. Every year many tourists, especially foreign tourists who visit this beach. On this beach also often held surfing competitions both local and competition from participants from various countries. Nias Open is one of the championships held on this beach, with hundreds of surfers from various countries participating, with the winner being dominated by surfers from Australia each year.
